Julia D. Borkowski is the founder and director for the Berryville Film Festival. She is a Berryville local and involved as a board member for the Chamber of Commerce and the Carroll County Historical Society , she also works for the local newspaper and magazine. Borkowski is involved with the film industry as a casting director with her agency JB Talent Konnections
